Buried in Sunset Cemetery in Beckley, WV. The death certificate of Warren Durham shows his birth on February 2, 1861 - but Warren Durham is listed in the 1860 census for Clay County, VA/WV at 7 years old. I kept the 1853 year, but used the "Feb, 2nd" from the death certificate.

This death certificate also states that his father "Jesse Durham" was born in North Carolina, but the death certificate of his younger brother - Jesse, JR states Jesse Durham was born in Franklin County, VA.
