Durham for 7 years, and had been separated from him for 12 years. This puts her marriage around 1827 and separated from ??? Durham around 1834. I have placed the children listed in the 1850 census as children of Rebecca Young.

The humble petition of Mary Durham formerly Barnet respectfully she, with that she is the daughter and one of the heirs at law and distributees of the estate of the late Elijah Barnett - that she was married with one _______ Durham seven years _______ but not a spereration shortly after moved too the place between the petitioner and her said husband and that he has wholly abandoned her for the last twelve years Your petitioner therefore prays that her distributive share of the estate of her father may be settled _______ her free from all liability for the contract or the engagements of her said husband.
