Your Orator Wm M. Durham, humlby complaining would show unto your honor that he was married to Mary E. Fallin in the state of Tennessee in the yr of 1883 and lived happily with her for some years, when she failing in her wifely duty and forgriting her family honor was guilty of adultry, which were your Orator learned, he abandoned her, nor has he lived with her since. That he moved to this County some five or six years ago & that she had been living in this County some five years. That she is now living in open and gross ludeness & bears the reputation of a prostitute, and is being a house of John Jones of Norton, Virginia. That there were two children born as the first of said marriage, _____ Pearl, age 12 years & Ida, age 10 years that she has now change of said children. That she is not fit to her, charge of the ____ of young & ____ children, expressly young girls.
The _____ _____, the prayer of your Orator is that said Mary E. Durham be made a party defendant to this bill. That she answer under oath; that your Orator be granted a divorce a _________ & that he be given the case and _____ of the said two children & for such aches & ____ ____ to Equity belong & is suiter to his case & as ___ duly bound he well ever pray.
