Convulsion due to Pregnancy on 19 Aug 1918 in Rockingham County, North Carolina.¹⁵ Buried in Greenview Cemetery in Reidsville, North Carolina. Informant at death listed as "H. R. Durham" of Reidsville, North Carolina. The death certificate of Annie (Durham) Boage in 1918, shows that her parents were H. R. Durham of North Carolina and Annie Horrell. Yet the 1910 Census shows that H. R. Durham was married to Dora (Myrick), and that they had been married for 13 years. Annie was 9 years old at the time. More research is needed.
