I just happened to Google my uncle’s name, Norman Nicholas Durham, and found the website “durhamheritage.com”. It was so cool to me to be able to see the lines. Plus, now I know my mother is a 7th generation Durham. By the way, you may want to add her to Fred and Jesse Durham’s children. Her name is Linda Elizabeth Durham Spence and she was born Dec 3, 1943. I believe she was born in Durham. She certainly lived in Durham, Hillsborough and Mebane throughout her childhood and on up until marriage.

So do you know where the Durham family is from-besides Virginia?!

It was so good to see that my uncle is in the cemetery that I go by almost weekly. I am going to stop in this weekend and find out where he is exactly.
