From the book, "Marriage Records of Estill County KY" by Edwards and Rose:

Senters, William P. m. Paulina Ann Durham on 28 Oct. 1879 at the home of Austin Durham. William and Paulina were both 21, she born in Rockcastle co. and he in Estill County.

Witnesses were Austin Durham and Dudley Curtis....William's mother, Sarah Ann Senters/Centers, would marry a Dudley Curtis in 1881.
