He is buried in the Green Hill Cemetery in Union, WV. Everett Walter Durham (Frank's son) was the informant for the death certificate. Everett Walter Durham is listed as living in Connersville, Indiana. Mary Puckett is the daughter of James Rawley Puckett from his first marriage with Sally Sawyers. Frank's birth is listed as October 4, 1882 on his death certificate. Frank's WWI Registration Card states his birth as October 4, 1884. Since the information on the WWI Registration Card is signed by Frank and not secondary, then I believe this birth information to be the correct one.

Marriage records show that Frank Durham and Mary Puckett married on 29 August 1900 (almost 1 month after his mother, Victoria married James R. Puckett). Yet the 1910 Census for Tazewell County, VA show Frank, age 24 and "single".

In the 1930 Census for Monroe County, West Virginia, Benjamin F. and Mary Durham are living next door to James R. and Jessie Puckett - James R. Puckett is a son of Mary (Durham) Puckett - a sister to Benjamin Franklin Durham.
