Durham has died and Mary Jane (Davis) Durham has remarried to a "Freling?? Shupe". A "Step-daughter" is listed as part of the household - Rosa Durham (age 13). James Madison Durham died before 1870. His wife Mary Jane DAVIS would later re-marry to Frelin Shupe on 18 May 1873 Grayson County, VA.
