82. William Johnson "John" DURHAM was born on 19 Aug 1836 in Casey County, Kentucky.^4,14 He died on 5 Nov 1871 in Casey County, Kentucky.¹⁶ My notes indicate that William Johnson Durham died before 1870, according to the census. Linda Carroll has his death listed as "5 Nov. 1871".

In the 1880 Census for Casey County, Kentucky - Hannah Durham, age 48 is listed as "Head of Household" with daughter "Bettie", age 15 living with her. Hannah Durham is listed as "widowed". Emily Hogue, age 40 is living with Hannah and Bettie Durham. Emily Hogue is listed as "aunt". Hannah's son William, age 19, is living nearby married to a "Sarah".
