SC. He died Thursday evening at his home on Golden Creek Road near
Norris, SC at the age of 86 years old.
He was buried on 16 Dec 1972 in Roanoke Baptist Church Cemetery, Pickens, Pickens
County, SC. Funeral services were conducted at 3:00 PM, Saturday,
at Roanoke Baptist Church by the Rev. Ray Scruggs, Wallace Looper Earl Roach
and Frank Pearson, Burial was in the church cemetery.
