In the 1920 Census for Johnson County, Indiana (Pleasant - District 142), Luke P. V. Williams, age 54, is listed as "Father-in-law" and Sarah J. Williams, age 49, is listed as "Mother-in-law" in the household of Charles M. Durham and wife Effie L.

In the 1930 Census for Johnson County, Indiana (Whiteland - District 12), Effie L. Durham, age 44, is listed as "widowed" and "daughter" in the household of Sarah J. Williams (mother), also "widowed".

Charles Milton DURHAM and Effie L. WILLIAMS were married about 1904 in Kentucky.³⁵ Effie L. WILLIAMS (daughter of Luke F. WILLIAMS and Sarah J. (UNKNOWN)) was born about 1885 in Kentucky.^35,36,37 Charles Milton DURHAM and Effie L. WILLIAMS had the following children:
